BEAM Affiliate is a person accredited by the HKGBC as being competent to support green building design, construction and operations.

Certification
After passing the examination, you can download the Certificate in electronic format through your Practitioner Individual Account from the HKGBC.
(Time pledge: HKGBC pledges to issue certificate downloadable in the account within 15 working days after BSL issues the exam record to HKGBC)
Training and Examination
BEAM Society Limited (BSL) is the only organisation that holds BEAM Affiliate training and examination.
Certification
The HKGBC is the only Accreditation Authority to accredit BEAM Affiliate. After passing the examination, the HKGBC will send you the login details of your BEAM Affiliate Individual Account, which allow you to:

retrieve your certificates;

update your information at the Practitioner Directory;

submit your CPD records; and
-
settle the Annual Qualification Renewal Fee.
Qualification Maintenance
Every year BEAM Affiliate maintains his/her qualification by paying a Qualification Renewal Fee of $160 and submitting 6 CPD hours to Hong Kong Green Building Council (HKGBC), at his/her Individual Account. The Annual Qualification Renewal Fee is intended to cover the administration and operation cost of the credential, which cannot be waived.
